Right how we're getting ready for this weekend's performances by Complexions Contemporary Ballet. This will be their first Auditorium engagement; in fact, it's their full Chicago premiere. (They did do one piece at the Chicago Dancing Festival this summer.)

You can see their program on our website - it features a lot of company co-founder and co-artistic director Dwight Rhoden's choreography, set to music ranging from Prince to Chopin to Nina Simone. White Stripes fans may be interested in Abdur-Rahim Jackson's 2006 work tHe hArDeSt bUtToN to bUtToN, set to the song of the same name by the White Stripes.
Complexions performs Saturday, November 10 at 7:30pm and Sunday, November 11 at 2:00pm. Tickets ($49, $40, $34, $30) are available by phone at 312.902.1500, online or in person at the Auditorium Theatre box office, 50 E. Congress Parkway.
